Charles Dickens' birthplace

Charles Dickens' Birthplace Museum^[1] is a writer's house museum in Landport, Portsmouth, England^[2] situated at the birthplace of the eminent English author Charles Dickens;^[3] and as such played a prominent part^[4] in the 2012 bicentennial celebrations.^[5] It is one of six museums run by Portsmouth Museums, part of Portsmouth City Council.
