Chengdu Rongcheng Football Club (Chinese : 成都蓉城足球俱乐部 ) is a Chinese football club that currently participates in the China League One division under licence from the Chinese Football Association (CFA). The team is based in Chengdu , Sichuan .
History [ ]
The club was founded on 7 March 2018 by Chengdu Better City Investment Group Co., Ltd.[1] on the ashes of the dissolved Chengdu Qbao , and was promoted to the second-tier China League One in two years, finishing as runners-up in 2018 Chinese Champions League and 2019 China League Two consecutively.
Before the 2021 season, they changed their name to Chengdu Rongcheng F.C.
