Christian Tolusso

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Christian Tolusso is a Canadian curler, now playing out of Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island.

Tolusso was one of the top junior curlers in southern Ontario, but was unable to win a provincial men's junior championship. In 2009, Tolusso made the move from his native Ottawa to Thunder Bay in an easier bid to get an opportunity to win a provincial junior crown. Thunder Bay is in Northern Ontario, which has a separate provincial championship. The move turned out to be a successful one, as Tolusso defeated 's rink in the Northern Ontario final. Johnston had represented the north at the 2009 Canadian Junior Curling Championships, where he lost in the final to PEI's Brett Gallant. Tolusso represented Northern Ontario at the 2010 Canadian Junior Curling Championships, finishing with a 4–8 record.

In 2008, while in Ottawa, Tolusso managed to win that year's provincial junior mixed title.

In 2010, he moved to Prince Edward Island to attend UPEI and will be playing as the alternate for Peter Gallant.[1]
