The Church of Scotland Act 1824 (5 Geo 4 c 90), sometimes referred to as the Church Building (Scotland) Act 1824,[3] was an Act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom.

The whole Act was repealed by section 1(1) of, and Part III of Schedule 1 to, the Statute Law (Repeals) Act 1973.

This section, so far as it related to the payment of stipend, was repealed by section 48 of, and Schedule 12 to, the .
