Claudia Sulewski (born February 19, 1996) is an American actress, host, and YouTuber. In 2010, she started making videos on her YouTube channel in her hometown of Chicago, Illinois, before moving to Los Angeles in 2014, where she jumped into hosting. A year later, she began hosting videos for Teen Vogue's YouTube channel, becoming its regular host.[2][3][4] She has continued on to an acting career.

Early life[]

Claudia was born in Chicago, Illinois to parents Beata Krupińska Sulewski and Czesław Sulewski. Her family is from Poland, and she is fluent in Polish. Claudia was born in Park Ridge Il.[5]

Career[]

She started her YouTube channel in 2010 with the name BeyondBeautyStar, and used the same name on Instagram.[6] Her channel consists of videos about her fashion choices, beauty routines, travels, interior design endeavors, workouts, daily life; she has changed her channel's display name to 'Claudia Sulewski'.

Once established in Los Angeles, Sulewski began getting acting roles. From 2016 to 2017, she appeared in the TV series The Commute,[7]. and from 2016-2018, in the series T@gged.[8] In 2019, she appeared in an episode of Marvel's Runaways,[9][10] and will appear in the 2022 Patton Oswalt movie I Love My Dad.[11][12]

During the COVID-19 pandemic lockdowns, Sulewski and Finneas O'Connell started a podcast they named We Bought A House,[13]. She has also ventured into fashion by collaborating with Nordstrom BP to create a clothing line for which she acted as the social media creative director, crafting the advertisements and producing her own lookbook for the launch.[14][15]

Personal life[]

In 2019, Finneas O'Connell wrote a song for Sulewski titled Claudia,[16] and he has been in a relationship with her since 2018.[17]
