Conotalopia minima is a species of sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Trochidae, the top snails.[1]

Description[]

The size of a shell attains 2 mm.

Distribution[]

This marine species occurs in the Sea of Japan and the Sea of Okhotsk.
