Czekanowo [t͡ʂɛkaˈnɔvɔ] (German: Waltersheim) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Wągrowiec, within Wągrowiec County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland.[1] It lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) south-west of Wągrowiec and 42 km (26 mi) north of the regional capital Poznań.

The village has a population of 116.
