Czekanowo [t͡ʂɛkaˈnɔvɔ] (German: Waldschaken)[1] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Bobrowo, within Brodnica County, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-central Poland.[2] It lies 11 kilometres (7 mi) north-west of Brodnica and 53 km (33 mi) north-east of Toruń.

The village has a population of 200.[citation needed]
