Dartford Borough Council is the local authority for the Borough of Dartford in Kent.

The mayor for the year May 2014 to May 2015 is Councillor Avtar Sandhu MBE. The leader of the council, from February 2006, is Councillor Jeremy Kite (Conservative). Councillors represent the following seventeen wards as of 2018:[1]
