Adamkhan is a community in Helmand Province, Afghanistan. It is about two kilometers east of , the capital of Ghereshk District.[1]

On 3 June 2008 Adamkhan was hit by air strikes intended to hit Taliban fighters.[2][3] Local inhabitants said that the air strikes caused considerable civilian casualties.
