Disgaea 6: Defiance of Destiny[a] is a tactical role-playing video game developed and published by Nippon Ichi Software, and part of the Disgaea series. It was released on January 28, 2021 in Japan for the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch and also released worldwide for Nintendo Switch on June 29, 2021.[1][2] The game was translated into French and English.[3]

Disgaea 6 received "mixed or average" reviews for Nintendo Switch, according to review aggregator Metacritic. The game sold 23,551 physical retail copies on Switch and 15,761 physical retail copies on PlayStation 4 for a total of 39,312 copies sold within its first week of release in Japan.[9]
