Doniyor Saliev is a visually impaired Uzbekistani Paralympic athlete competing in T12-classification events.[1] He represented Uzbekistan at the 2012 Summer Paralympics in London, United Kingdom and at the 2016 Summer Paralympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He won the bronze medal in the men's long jump T12 event and the bronze medal in the men's 4 × 100 metres relay T11-13 event at the 2016 Summer Paralympics.[1] He was also the flag bearer in the opening ceremony of the 2016 Summer Paralympics.[2]

In 2019, he qualified to represent Uzbekistan at the 2020 Summer Paralympics in Tokyo, Japan after winning the gold medal in the men's long jump T12 event at the 2019 World Para Athletics Championships in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.[3][4]

At the 2010 Asian Para Games held in Guangzhou, China, he won the bronze medal in the men's long jump F13 event. At the 2017 Islamic Solidarity Games held in Baku, Azerbaijan, he won the gold medal in the men's long jump T12 event.
