Haryana Vishwakarma Skill University was established at Dudhola by the Government of Haryana,[4][6] via an legislative act of Government of Haryana in 2016,[7] to impart skills training.[8][9] it is led by the Vice-Chancellor Raj Nehru,[10] and Registrar Sunil Gupta.[11]
