Environment Prize (German Environment Foundation)
The Deutsche Bundesstiftung Umwelt Environment Prize (German: Deutscher Umweltpreis (lit.: German environment prize)) is a prize awarded in Germany. Worth 500,000 € it is the most valuable in Europe from an environmental foundation.[citation needed]
The foundation is based in Osnabrück; the prize has been awarded since 1993.
