Eteoryctis deversa is a moth of the family Gracillariidae. It is known from India (Meghalaya, Assam), Japan (Kyūshū, Shikoku, Hokkaidō, Honshū), Korea, the Russian Far East and Taiwan.[2]
The wingspan is 6.5–10 mm.
The larvae feed on Mangifera indica, , Rhus chinensis, , Rhus javanica, Rhus semialata, , Toxicodendron succedaneum, and . They probably mine the leaves of their host plant.
