Farkhan-e Olya (Persian: فرخان عليا, also Romanized as Farkhān-e ‘Olyā; also known as Farkhān-e Bālā)[1] is a village in Sudlaneh Rural District, in the Central District of Quchan County, Razavi Khorasan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 1,839, in 434 families.[2]
