Fausto Klinger (born 4 November 1976) is an Ecuadorian retired footballer who played as a defender.

Early and personal life[]

He was born in Cuenca.[1] His younger brother Martin was also a footballer.[2]

Career[]

Klinger played college soccer for Seton Hall University.[3]

Klinger played for with the Long Island Rough Riders in the 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2006 seasons.[4]

He played one game in Major League Soccer with the MetroStars, on loan from Long Island, in the 2001 season.[3][1]
