Fernando de Melo Viana (March 15, 1878 – February 10, 1954) was a Brazilian politician who was the 11th vice president of Brazil from November 15, 1926 to October 24, 1930 serving under President Washington Luís.[1] As vice president, he also served as the President of the Senate.[2] Later, he served as President of the 1946 Constituent Assembly.
