Gmina Szlichtyngowa is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Wschowa County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland. Its seat is the town of Szlichtyngowa, which lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) south of Wschowa and 57 km (35 mi) south-east of Zielona Góra.

The gmina covers an area of 99.74 square kilometres (38.5 sq mi), and as of 2019 its total population is 5,053.
