Gnathophis microps, the smalleye conger,[1] is an eel in the family Congridae (conger/garden eels).[2] It was described by and in 2000.[3] It is a marine, deep water-dwelling eel which is known from western Australia, in the eastern Indian Ocean. It dwells at a depth range of 200–320 metres.[2]
