Hříškov (German: Rischkau) is a village and municipality (obec) in Louny District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 10.24 square kilometres (3.95 sq mi), and has a population of 396 (as at 28 August 2006).

Hříškov lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) south-east of Louny, 44 km (27 mi) south of Ústí nad Labem, and 46 km (29 mi) north-west of Prague.
