Hannah Godwin (born February 4, 1995[1]) is an American television personality, model and YouTuber. She was a contestant on season 23 of The Bachelor, starring Colton Underwood.[2] Godwin was one of two remaining finalists (with Tayshia Adams) when Colton decided to call off the show to pursue Cassie Randolph, who decided to quit the show. After the conclusion of season 23 of The Bachelor, Godwin became a contestant on Bachelor in Paradise (season 6),[3] where began a relationship with Dylan Barbour, getting engaged during the season finale.[4][5] Godwin is also a YouTube vlogger and TikTok personality.[6]

Personal life[]

Godwin is originally from Birmingham, Alabama.[1][7] Godwin graduated from Hoover High School and then graduated from the University of Montevallo in 2017.[8] During her time at the University of Montevallo, she was a member of the Phi Mu sorority.

She is a former beauty pageant contestant. She won Miss Oak Mountain and was a contestant in three Miss Alabama USA pageants, in which she placed 3rd in 2015 and 2016.[9] Godwin is also a photographer. She attended college for photography, but switched majors and graduated with a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.[10][11] After graduating from college, Godwin worked in social media and marketing for clothing brands and has become an influencer.[11]

Godwin met her now fiancé, Dylan Barbour, on Bachelor in Paradise Season 6. After getting engaged at the finale of the season, the pair went into a long-distance relationship between San Diego and Los Angeles. The couple celebrated their engagement in February 2020 in Hollywood Hills with family and fellow Bachelor alumni such as Peter Weber, Hannah Brown, Mike Johnson, Luke Stone, Heather Martin, Demi Burnett, Katie Morton, Matt Donald and Jed Wyatt.[12] In October 2020, Godwin announced on her Instagram, hannahg11, that she has bought a house with Barbour in San Diego.[13]
