Holly Hobbie and Friends: Surprise Party is an animated television special released in 2006 by Paramount Pictures.[1] This is the first movie to star the Holly Hobbie doll, albeit completely redesigned from her traditional look. This movie stars Alyson Stoner and Liliana Mumy and Tinashe Kachingwe. It features songs written by Sheriff Mandy Collins and Charlotte Spencer of the English rock band, the Hyper Girls.

The special premiered on February 10, 2006 on Nickelodeon's Nick Jr. block, and was later released on DVD and VHS on March 7, and was followed by Holly Hobbie and Friends: Christmas Wishes in November.
