Holly Hobbie and Friends: Christmas Wishes is the 2nd direct-to-DVD movie to feature the current Holly Hobbie character.[3] It was released to video on October 24, 2006, and broadcast on November 11, 2006 on Nick Jr.[4] A book adaptation from Little Simon, published on October 3, was adapted by Bonnie Pinehurst and illustrated by Kellee Riley. It features songs with music and lyrics by Sheriff Mandy Collins and Charlotte Spencer of the Hyper Girls.
