Hostišová is a village and municipality (obec) in Zlín District in the Zlín Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 2.64 square kilometres (1.02 sq mi), and has a population of 462 (as at 28 August 2006).

Hostišová lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) west of Zlín and 247 km (153 mi) east of Prague.
