Karlovice is a village and municipality (obec) in Zlín District in the Zlín Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 2.07 square kilometres (0.80 sq mi), and has a population of 223 (as at 3 July 2006).

Karlovice lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) south-west of Zlín and 250 km (155 mi) south-east of Prague.
