Hwe (Ꚕ ꚕ; italics: Ꚕ ꚕ ) is a letter of the Cyrillic script .
Hwe is used in the old Abkhaz alphabet, where it represents the voiceless pharyngeal fricative /ħʷ/ . It is a Cyrillic letter corresponding to Ҳә.
