Diana De Brito,[1] (born 5 March 1996) known by her stage name IAMDDB, is a British rapper and singer based in Manchester, United Kingdom. IAMDDB has released three EPs as of 2019 and was listed number three on BBC Sound of 2018.[2]
Life and career[]
De Brito was born in Lisbon, Portugal and moved to Manchester, United Kingdom at the age of five or six.[1] Her father is Angolan with Portuguese ancestry, her mother is Angolan. Both of her parents were musicians.
[3] She released the Hoodrich, Vol. 3 mixtape in 2017[2] and Flightmode, Vol. 4 in 2018.
IAMDDB was a supporting musician for Lauryn Hill's UK tour in late 2018.[4] Her latest album is 2019's Swervvvvv.5.[3]
