Jürgen "Ventor" Reil (born 26 June 1966^[1]) is the long-time drummer for German thrash metal band Kreator.^[2] He is one of the only two original members left in the band, although he has left "at least twice" due to personal differences.

Reil plays the double bass drum style prevalent in thrash and death metal. He also sang lead vocals on a few songs on the band's earlier albums, and still does live (notably "Riot of Violence").

He is a big fan of tattoo art and he owns his own tattoo studio in Essen-Karnap (Kreativ-Tattoo),^[3] in which he actively works as a tattooer.Ez a felettébb tehetséges metal dobos akárcsak sok más thrash vagy éppen death metal dobos ő is nagyban hozzájárult a fémzene agresszív dobolási technikáinak kialakulásához. Első albumukon az "endless pain" gyors és nyers hangzású albumukon a dobolás mellett több számban énekelt is, míg a többi dalon a gitáros/énekes Mille petrozza énekelt. Késöbb egy keveset második albumukon a plesure to kill-en is énekelt az egyik számban de utána már teljességgel a dobolással foglalkozott az együttesben. Ő és Mlle petrozza akik az 1982es megalakulás óta állandó tagok. Dobolásában gyakran alkalmaz különböző dupla vagy szimpla gyors lábdob témákat ahogy az a thrash metal műfajban elég gyakori.teknikás fillektől és erőteljes ritmusoktol gazdag dobolást hallhatunk a játélában.
