Jason Christopher Kelly

Jason Christopher Kelly is a former British diplomat, curator and co-founder of The Platinum Pudding Competition, a nationwide baking competition chaired by Dame Mary Berry and launched throughout the United Kingdom on 10 January 2022 by Buckingham Palace, Fortnum & Mason and The Big Jubilee Lunch to find a brand new pudding dedicated to Queen Elizabeth II as part of the official Platinum Jubilee celebrations in 2022 marking the 70th anniversary of the accession of Queen Elizabeth II on 6 February 1952.[1][2][3][4]  As a curator he has curated exhibitions including 'A year with MI6' marking the centenary of the Secret Intelligence Service,[3][4][5] the 50th anniversary art exhibition of James Bond[3][4][6] and the centenary art exhibition of Aston Martin.[3][4][7]

Whilst working at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office he worked on nuclear non-proliferation and counter-terrorism.[3][4][8]

In 2016 he took up a significant role at Barrow Hepburn & Gale, a British luxury leather goods manufacturer founded in 1760 best known as the producer of the despatch boxes used by the Government of the United Kingdom. He acted as liaison and point of contact between the company and British and foreign governments, heads of state and other officials.[3][4][8]

Jason Kelly joined the board of trustees of The Young Organ Scholars Trust in 2019, a UK based charity which to build a firm foundation for the future of church music by teaching and inspiring able young organists from all backgrounds.[3][9][10]
