Jastrzębce [jasˈtʂɛmpt͡sɛ] (German: Falkenhain) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Środa Śląska, within Środa Śląska County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.[1] Prior to 1945 it was in Germany.

It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) north-west of Środa Śląska, and 35 kilometres (22 mi) west of the regional capital Wrocław.

The village has an approximate population of 380.
