The Judicature Acts

The Judicature Acts 1873 to 1894 means the statutes listed above.[1]

Section 2 of the Supreme Court of Judicature Act 1899 provided that that Act could be cited with the Judicature Acts 1873 to 1894.

Section 2 of the Supreme Court of Judicature Act 1902 provided that that Act could be cited with the Judicature Acts 1873 to 1894.

The Judicature Acts 1873 to 1910 was the collective title of the Judicature Acts 1873 to 1902, the (9 Edw 7 c 11) and the Supreme Court of Judicature Act 1910 (10 Edw 7 & 1 Geo 5 c 12).[2]
