Kaleah Smith (born 28 June 2001) is a Canadian-born Saint Kitts and Nevis footballer who plays as a defender for the York Lions and the Saint Kitts and Nevis women's national team. Her hometown is Toronto and she is currently studying Kinesiology & Health Science at York University.

Smith played for Saint Kitts and Nevis at senior level in the 2020 CONCACAF Women's Olympic Qualifying Championship qualification.
