Kanifing District

Kanifing is by far the larger of the two districts of Banjul Division.

Kanifing (also Kanifeng) is a town^{[citation needed]}^[1] in the Kanifing Local Government Area of the Gambia. It is located near Serekunda, the largest urban area in the country.

The head office of Gambia Bird, an airline, was located at the Gambia Bird House in Kanifing.^[2]
