Kathy Fields (born January 5, 1947) is an American actress and photographer. Her most notable acting role was playing the lead character's girlfriend in the 1971 film Johnny Got His Gun, a performance that included a then-unusual nude scene.[1][2] She later became a professional photographer.[3]

Fields is the daughter of agent and producer Freddie Fields and his first wife, actress Edith Fellows.[4] She was married to actor David Lander (best known as Squiggy in Laverne & Shirley) from 1979 until his death in 2020. Their daughter, Natalie Lander, was born on March 28, 1983.[3]
