Kermanshah County (Persian: شهرستان کرمانشاه‎) is a county in Kermanshah Province in Iran. The capital of the county is Kermanshah. At the 2006 census, the county's population was 950,400, in 235,408 families.[1] A majority in Kermanshah are Shia Muslims, with minorities of Sunni Muslims and believers of Yarsanism.[2][3]

The county is subdivided into four districts: the Central District, Kuzaran District, Mahidasht District, and Firuzabad District. The county has four cities: Kermanshah, Robat, Kuzaran, and Halashi.
