Kowale Oleckie [kɔˈvalɛ ɔˈlɛt͡skʲɛ] (German: Kowahlen, from 1938-45 Reimannswalde)[1] is a village in Olecko County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Kowale Oleckie.[2] It lies approximately 16 kilometres (10 mi) north of Olecko and 133 km (83 mi) east of the regional capital Olsztyn.

The village has a population of 2,400.
