Kirpal Parmar is an Indian politician. He was a Member of Parliament, representing Himachal Pradesh in the Rajya Sabha the upper house of India's Parliament and a former member of the Bharatiya Janata Party.[2][3][4] he resigned from BJP for joining Indian National Congress on 2021 November 24
