Kuhpayeh-e Sharqi Rural District (Persian: دهستان كوهپايه شرقي) is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Abyek County, Qazvin Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 4,936, in 1,392 families.[1] The rural district has 19 villages.
