Kupang is a town in Kedah, Malaysia, within the Baling District, about five kilometers west of Baling town.

Kupang town lies on the intersection of the Penang-Kelantan highway and Sungai Petani-Baling highway

Capital: Alor Setar, Royal town: Anak Bukit
