Lacera nyarlathotepi is a moth of the family Erebidae. It is found on Borneo, where it is a common species, occurring from lowland areas up to 2,600 meters.
Adults are similar to Lacera procellosa, but the dorsal loop to the forewing postmedial line is bulbous and often highlighted with a paler colour.
