Laia Aleixandri López (born 25 August 2000) is a Spanish footballer who plays as defender for Primera División club Atlético Madrid and the Spain women's national team.[3]

In January 2020, she was named by UEFA as one of the 10 most promising young players in Europe.[4]

International career[]

Aleixandri represented Spain at the 2016 FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup and 2018 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup.[3] She made her senior debut on 17 May 2019 in a friendly against Cameroon. She scored her first international goal in that match.
