Lam Siu-por (Chinese: 林兆波; Jyutping: Lam4 Siu6 Bo1; born 28 March 1954) is a Chinese mathematician and the husband of Carrie Lam, the fourth Chief Executive of Hong Kong since 2017.

Lam earned his doctorate in algebraic topology from the University of Cambridge in 1983, after writing his thesis under the direction of Frank Adams.^[2]

He used to teach at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and retired to England,^{[clarification needed]} but has since taught^[when?] some short courses at the Capital Normal University in Beijing.^[3][4]
