Las Vegas Premium Outlets North is a 540,000-square-foot (50,000 m2) shopping mall located near Downtown Las Vegas located on 40 acres (16 ha).[1] It is owned and managed by Simon Property Group, and part of Simon's Premium Outlets family of outlet malls.

History[]

The mall opened in August, 2003 with 435,000 square feet (40,400 m2) of space.[2][3] The mall was expanded in 2008. The mall was also remodeled in 2011. The mall was expanded more in 2015.

Another mall is located south of this mall. It is called Las Vegas Premium Outlets South, formerly Belz Factory Outlet World and Las Vegas Outlet Center, which opened in 1993, and is located at 7400 Las Vegas Boulevard South, while Las Vegas North is located at 875 South Grand Central Parkway.[4][5][6][7]
