She went on to represent Norway in Miss World 2008 in Johannesburg, South Africa, on 13 December 2008.[1][2][3] She did not advance to the semi-final[4] but placed as one of the 32 semi-finalists in the Top Model fast track competition.[5]

She has completed high school and has worked as an assistant teacher and model.[2][10]
