Epping-Chatswood Rail Link Underground electric-era suburban 2009 29 September 2018 2019 5 Converted into part of Sydney Metro Northwest. New signals and platform screen doors were installed, in line with metro standards. Former North Shore, Northern & Western Line (T1) has been divided into Metro North West Line (M), North Shore & Western Line (T1) and Northern Line (T9) upon the completion of conversion.
Carlingford Steam/electric-era suburban

The western end of the line will be used by Stage 1 of the Parramatta Light Rail project to provide access to a tram stabling and maintenance facility. The line is also under consideration for being incorporated into Stage 2, connecting Camellia and Olympic Park.
