Lucas Blondel (born 14 September 1996) is an Argentine professional footballer who plays as a defender for Primera División side Club Atlético Tigre.[1][2]

Career[]

Blondel started his professional career in 2016 with Argentine Primera División side Atlético de Rafaela.[1] He made his first-team debut for the club on 2 June 2016 in a Copa Argentina encounter with Ferro Carril Oeste, coming on as a late second-half substitute for Nelson Benítez.[1][3] Rafaela were relegated at the end of the 2016–17 season, a campaign that Blondel made seven appearances in.[1] Blondel scored the first goal of his career in February 2018 in an away win versus the team he made his senior debut against, Ferro Carril Oeste.[1]
