Lukas Enembe Stadium, formerly known as Papua Bangkit Stadium (Papua Rising Stadium), is a stadium in Jayapura Regency, Papua. [1][2][3] The stadium reaches 71,697 square meters on 13 hectares and can accommodate more than 40,000 spectators.[4] It was built as the main venue for the 2020 Pekan Olahraga Nasional
Its construction began in late of 2016, and was completed in May 2019. Named after current governor of Papua Lukas Enembe. The structure of the Lukas Enembe Stadium came from the special autonomy fund and the national budget to the Papua provincial budget, which in total spent around IDR 1.3 trillion.[5]
