Mónica Oltra Jarque (Valencian: [ˈmonika ˈɔltɾa])[1][a] is a Spanish politician; currently vice president, spokesperson and minister for Equality and Inclusive Policies of the Valencian government.

Mónica Oltra has served as one of the main leaders[2] of the political party Valencian People's Initiative (IdPV) and of Coalició Compromís (Commitment Coalition), a coalition which she has represented in the Valencian parliament,[3] representing the province of Valencia, since 2007. She holds a bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Valencia. Alongside being a politician, she also works as a lawyer.
