Moravské naftové doly, commonly known as MND,[1] is a Czech oil and gas producing company based in Hodonín, Czech Republic, producing 5,000 barrels (790 m3) of oil per day and 250,000 m3 of gas per day. It also has storage facilities of 180 million m3.[2]

The company also operates gas and oil fields in Georgia.

In September 2007, MND signed a contract with Regal Petroleum to buy a 50% stake in a major Ukrainian gas field for US$330 million.[3]
